The luminous interior designs of Austrian architect Irmgard Frank are featured in this stunningly designed book. Seeking to intensify the architectural discussion on space, Frank considers spatial perception, atmosphere, light and materials, central themes in her work throughout her career. In this volume of projects, including furniture designs, from 1988 to 2009, she weaves together selections from her own writing, essays from other disciplines and a thematically organized selection of photos to illustrate her points.
