Order Processing

All online orders are processed during store hours. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship domestically via USPS and DHL.

  • USPS Ground Advantage starts at $9.50, with final cost based on weight.

  • For larger orders, shipping is approximately 7% of your order total.

  • Priority Mail and Express options are available at higher rates. For example, overnight shipping of a 1 lb package to the East Coast may cost around $42.

  • USPS Media Mail is available for eligible items, starting at $5.00.

You will receive your final shipping total in your confirmation email after your order has been processed.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via DHL Express Worldwide and USPS Priority Mail International.

  • DHL delivers in 3–5 business days and provides full tracking.

  • Shipping costs vary by weight and destination. For example, a 4 lb package to Western Europe typically costs around $30.

  • In some cases—such as shipments to P.O. Boxes or lightweight items—we may use USPS Priority Mail International.

Lost or Stolen Packages

All packages are insured. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, we will file an insurance claim with the carrier on your behalf.

  • If the carrier approves the claim, we will issue you a refund.

  • If your package appears to be missing, please contact us so we can begin the process.
